Responsibilities:

• Financial billing and cost control for projects.

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation.

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

• Creating presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings.

• Planning and scheduling using software like Microsoft Excel or Primavera.

• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinating with site engineers for project execution and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Team player with leadership qualities.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
